On Angels Wings
On Angels wings I am carried away
To another place, a different day.
Down on my knees I began to pray
For In this life I don't want to stay.
I was born just a little too late
And my only true love couldn't wait.
He told me he loved me and would be true
But to wait for me he just couldn't do.
With tears in his eyes he bade me farewell
But I love him more then my life, couldn't he tell?
I know he is my soul my life and my mate
If he loved me so... why couldn't he wait?
So the Angels dear have come for me
And now my heat is finally free.
Without you my love I just couldn't see
