Mother

A mothers heart is special
the bonds of love are strong
She sees you as her little one
which lasts your whole life long

You were her precious babe in arms
from the day that you were born
And she will always feel this tug
no matter where you may roam

Even through all of life's troubles,
it's problems, ups and downs
In the midst your mom is there
and in her, strength can be found

God has many angels
He sends into our lives
And the special one called Mother
is with love, forever tied

Most of us think that angels
are celestial beings with wings
But this earthly one we call Mother
instead of wings wears apron strings
