Came to me
some time ago
From a distance
loved you so

From my dreams
on white horse came
With sweetest kiss
whispered my name

Out from the night
into my soul
A damsels dream
from days of old

Warmest friendship
soft and kind
Like a melody
always rhymed

Gentle guidance
lent an ear
Kept me safe
from wants or fears

Strength and passion
stately king
Heartstrings took
on lovers wings

Fairytales and melodies
a stolen kiss no more a dream
Come to me with passions new
my knight my king my love my true
