Angels, I so have many
who are in my life each day
Some watch constantly over me
and others come when I pray

My Lord, He knows I need them
to help me each day carry on
Some are there to pick me up
others, to sing their song

Some Angels, I work with closely
bringing smiles to children's lives
Then their is one special one
who is always right by my side

She is with me every step of the way
through the night and into the day
As close as any sister can be
she is a part of my family

Our bond, it cannot be broken
the ties of love are strong
This Angel loves me for who I am
whether I am right or wrong

She loves me unconditionally
and that's the way love should be
When I am too weak and blinded
she lifts me up and helps me to see

Never does she fail or tire
she's always near and there for me
Holds my hand when I tremble
and prays for me constantly

My Angel, she is very special
and I am blessed to have her here
The Lord knew what He was doing
when He sent her to wipe away my tears
